Terms of Purchase

Who sells this

methodforge is sold by KaubadTeenused OÜ (company registration number 17076007), Estonia. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean KaubadTeenused OÜ, and “you” means the person buying. Questions go to hello@themethodforge.com.

The products

methodforge sells two digital products. Both are delivered electronically, as a ZIP file of notes you open in Obsidian or any text editor. Nothing is shipped.

• The Method contains the vault (7 modules, 42 notes), the Swipe Files included, and lifetime updates.
• The Engine contains everything in The Method, plus the automated delivery setup, the build and caption prompts, and the sales page as source code: 8 modules and 57 notes in total, with lifetime updates. Its browser-assisted setup needs a paid Claude subscription from Anthropic, which is not included in the price.

Once your payment is confirmed, a download link for the ZIP file of the product you bought is sent to the email address you used at checkout. The link is personal to you and works again whenever you need it.

Price and payment

The price is a one-time payment in US dollars (USD), shown on the sales page and at checkout at the moment you buy, and includes any VAT that applies. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Refunds

There are two ways to get your money back. Both are free.

Your right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep your statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of buying, without giving a reason. To use it, email hello@themethodforge.com within those 14 days and say that you are withdrawing from the purchase. We refund the full price to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your email.

The 14-day action-based guarantee (everyone)

To claim it, email hello@themethodforge.com within 14 days of your purchase and include:

• a screenshot of your completed vault,
• a link to your live offer page, and
• links to 10 reels you have posted since your purchase.

If your claim includes all three, we refund the full price to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of approving it. The guarantee applies once per purchase.

Whichever way you are refunded, your download link stops working once the refund is issued.

What the guarantee is and is not

The guarantee is for people who ran the system and found it did nothing for them. It checks that you did the work, not what the work earned. It does not cover costs you pay to third parties, such as AI subscriptions, automation tools, hosting, domains, or payment fees.

No income or results guarantee

methodforge is educational content. We do not promise any income, sales, followers, or business result. Any numbers or examples shown are individual results, not typical ones. What you get out of it depends on your own work, your market, and things outside our control.

Licence

The same licence applies to both products. When you buy either one, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials you bought, for personal and commercial purposes. That includes the right to:

• adapt, rebrand, and rewrite the materials (such as the vault, the Swipe Files, the setup guides and, with The Engine, the prompts and the sales page code),
• sell your rebranded version under your own name, at your own price,
• keep everything you earn from it.

You may not:

• share, upload, or give away the original files or your access (for example in groups, drives, or file-sharing sites),
• resell the original materials unchanged,
• use the methodforge name, branding, or our likeness, or present yourself as methodforge or as connected to us.

Each licence covers one buyer, for the product they bought.

Access and traceability

Your download link is personal to you, and each purchase is recorded. If we find that the link is being shared or the original files are being distributed, we may disable the link without a refund.

“Lifetime” means for as long as we offer methodforge. If we ever stop, we will email you in advance so you can download what you bought.

Third-party tools

The materials show you how to use tools we do not own, such as Stripe, Supabase, UptimeRobot, Resend, Zernio, CapCut, Claude, Claude Code, Claude in Chrome, and VPS hosting providers. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms and pricing, and they may change without notice.

Intellectual property

Apart from the licence above, all rights in methodforge and its materials stay with KaubadTeenused OÜ.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong with your purchase, email us first. We answer, and most problems are fixed quickly. You can still dispute a payment with your bank. If you do, we may give the payment provider records of your purchase, delivery, and access.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to methodforge is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law, or any right you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one on this page when you bought.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protections of the country you live in. Please contact us first with any dispute. Consumers can also go to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) at ttja.ee.
